The Wallis Lake Men's Shed is a not for profit organisation aimed at-Creating, maintaining and expanding men's social and educational networks.Providing an environment where men of all ages may participate in low level/achievable work projects for themselves or the community.Enabling and advising men in the community to understand and contact the necessary and appropriate services and support structures to maintain and/or improve their health and wellbeing.Providing companionship and mateship to men who may otherwise be isolated. They may choose activities to bring them together which would allow them to become physically and mentally active.Opportunity to pass on, or learn, valuable skills (both practical and life skills).Addressing issue's of men's health, physical, emotional and social well being in the community.
